Holiday Inn Express - Gloucester, an IHG Hotel

Myself and several of my family members were in town for a celebration of life/funeral. My issue with the room was, at the window sill/air conditioner, there appeared to be "semen stains /droppings on the top of the air conditioner unit....You needed to "stand at an angle" to actually see them.... Obviously, whomever was ASSIGNED TO CLEAN room #236 DID NOT wipe off/wipe down that window, window sill, nor wipe down the top n sides of the air conditioning unit.... I was QUITE DISAPPOINTED! I informed the front desk staff person of my concerns.... I will wait to see the results of YOUR findings....

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendle and accompanied me with an early check in

Clean hotel, good staff, good neighborhood, with one good breakfast and one average breakfast.

Location is perfect to suit my needs had enough grab bars
